The Weight Management programme offers an effective approach in helping people achieve a healthier weight. Embedded within the programme are strategies for behaviour change, goal setting, along with support in becoming physically more active.
Support options include: drop in clinics, 121 support (either face to face or virtually), or support in a group setting.
Another mode of support available is the Fit to Tackle programme, a fitness and weight loss programme delivered from the Halliwell Jone Stadium in collaboration with the Warirngton Wolves RLFC.
If you are:
- Aged 16 years of age or older
- Have a BMI of 30 or above. This threshold is lowered to 27.5 for people from Black, Asian, and ethnic minority backgrounds
- Are a Warrington resident
