Join us for the official launch of the About Me Awareness Card — a brand-new communication tool designed to support people with additional needs during hospital visits.
The About Me card helps healthcare professionals understand and respond to personal triggers that may cause distress during appointments. Whether it’s anxiety, neurodiversity, trauma, or other lived experiences, the card empowers patients to communicate their needs clearly and confidently.
