Phoenix Foundation Cymru is a community support organisation based in Torfaen supporting children, young people and families across areas including Additional Learning Needs (ALN), neurodivergence, school attendance difficulties, exclusion, emotional wellbeing and family support.
We provide:
- Family outreach and one-to-one support
- Advice and signposting sessions
- Support navigating education and ALN systems
- Wellbeing and peer support workshops
- Parent/carer support groups
- Guest speaker and awareness sessions
- Early intervention and community wellbeing support
Our aim is to give families time, understanding and practical support while helping bridge gaps between services and support systems.
Services are being developed across Cwmbrân, Pontypool and Blaenavon through workshops, drop-in sessions and community outreach.
