Highfield Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who is looking to apply for a Personal Licence to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol.

Successful completion of the Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) demonstrates an individual’s knowledge and understanding of licensing law, including legal responsibilities, the role of the Personal Licence Holder, and the importance of promoting the four licensing objectives.

This qualification is a legal requirement and must be achieved before applying for a Personal Licence through your local authority.

Step 2: Complete the online training, progress tests and practice assessments.

Step 3: Book and complete the exam at one of Torfaen Adult Community Learning centres.
