Role Purpose
The Fundraising Volunteer helps support the RSPCA in raising vital funds to care for animals and support animal welfare initiatives. This role involves engaging with the public, promoting fundraising campaigns, and assisting with events, helping to ensure the charity can continue its work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fundraising events and activities in the local community
- Engaging with the public to raise awareness and encourage donations
- Assisting with the preparation and running of stalls, collection points, or campaigns
- Helping to promote fundraising initiatives through leaflets, social media, or community networks
- Recording and handling donations safely and securely
- Supporting the RSPCA team with administrative tasks related to fundraising
