Do you have a bipolar condition? Does someone in your family or a loved one or close friend have a bipolar condition?
We are looking for volunteers to help us start a Support Group for people impacted by bipolar in Potypool.
Our Peer Support Groups are there for anyone aged 18 or over living with bipolar or cyclothymia, and their family, friends, loved ones and carers. You don’t need a diagnosis.
Our Groups are peer led - by volunteer co-facilitators who have personal experience of bipolar either as someone living with the condition themselves (whether or not diagnosed) or as a family member, loved one or close friend of someone living with the condition. They usually meet monthly, online or in person.
We give full training and ongoing support to all our wonderful volunteers. The time commitment is about 2-4 hours a month.
