Support group for people living with Long Covid.

Let's Talk! Long Covid is a face to face support group for people who have Long Covid. All group members have Long Covid so the group meetings are about sharing stories and information, supporting each other, discussing research or news related to Long Covid. The group is also open to everyone living with ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia and other IACC's We meet at Pontypool Active Living Centre from 11am until 12.30pm on the last Thursday of each month for coffee and a chat. This meeting also online. On the second Thursday of every month we meet at PALC cafe at 11am and go for a gentle walk. We also meet at the Tithe Barn community wellbeing cafe, Abergavenny on third friday of every month 11am -12.30pm If you are living with Long Covid then please get in touch by email at  info@LetsTalkLongCovid.org.uk or join us at a meeting (always report to reception on arrival at the leisure centre)
